You can remove one or both to install it on a partner of choice before re-fastening the screw into place. The Collar comes with one allen key (plus a velvety black storage bag), that you'll need to lock and unlock the wearer. Keep it in a safe place, because the Collar's design is notoriously hard to escape from without that key!
